The Word of God lasts forever and will not fade. Even when everything else is no more, the Word of God will still stand. In other words, what we are following is set and will not dissolve as all other things will. The law of the land is always changing, is different everywhere, and when the country fails, so does the law. God's law is different, and it is constant and unchanging.
